Job summary

Google in San Francisco seeks a Partner Rewards Landing Manager to translate partner incentive concepts into global execution and enablement. You will partner with Design Leads across Google Cloud Platform, Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, and Security to ingest rewards, build policy frameworks, and drive end-to-end launches.

The role ensures internal teams and external partners have tools and training to maximize investments and accelerate Cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Take incentive designs from Design Leads and operationalize them into publishing and enablement for internal and external execution.
• Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and office hours for internal Google Cloud teams and external partners on program mechanics, eligibility, and outcomes.
• Ensure incentive launches are tailored and clearly communicated across all customer segments—from high-touch Enterprise to Corporate and SMB channels.
• Document post-launch friction points and policy ambiguities, driving rapid-response solutions with Engineering and Compliance stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and track onboarding metrics, adoption velocity, and field feedback to measure success of launches.
