Job summary

Google is seeking a Partner Rewards Landing Manager to translate incentive designs into global execution. You will work with Design Leads across GCP, Workspace, Enterprise, and Security to build policy frameworks and drive end-to-end launches.

In this role you’ll enable Google Cloud field teams and external partners with training, tools, and clear program mechanics, delivering scalable partner incentives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Take incentive designs from Design Leads and operationalize them into publishing and enablement for internal and external execution.
• Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and office hours for internal teams and external partners on program mechanics and eligibility.
• Ensure launches are tailored and clearly communicated across customer segments from Enterprise to SMB.
• Document post-launch friction points and drive rapid-response solutions with Engineering and Compliance.
• Build dashboards and track onboarding metrics, adoption velocity, and field feedback.
