Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Global Partner Incentives Design Lead to drive strategy, design, development and launch of partner incentives across regions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to plan, design and govern incentives that meet business goals for Google’s security portfolio.

As part of a global team, you will manage benchmarking, financial modeling and ROI reporting while coordinating pilots and program launches with regional partners and sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in the security space.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets, performing database queries, or quantitative modeling and forecasting.
• Experience leading operational initiatives in a global capacity.

Responsibilities

• Partner incentive strategy, design, planning and launches for Google Cloud for direct resellers and scaled partners to accelerate new customer acquisition, growth and adoption.
• Engage in benchmarking, financial modeling and incentive design including, assessing current state and to identify future state models, build proposals and get them approved including budgets, compliance and operational readiness.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Product Area (PAs), sales, sales ops, finance, accounting, legal and agreements.
• Work with global and regional teams on pilots, program landing, usage, and potential partner engagements to drive market and expansion.
• Establish the process and a streamlined engagement across global and regional partner teams and efficiently run and report out the performance ROI for the financial incentives portfolio.
