Job summary

Google invites a Partner Rewards Landing Manager to translate partner incentive concepts into global execution. You will partner with design leads to build policy frameworks and drive end-to-end launches across Google Cloud and partner ecosystems.

You will design trainings, publish enablement materials, and communicate policies to internal field teams and external partners, ensuring scalable, high-impact program outcomes and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Take incentive designs and operationalize them for internal and external execution.
• Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and office hours for teams and partners.
• Ensure incentive launches are tailored and clearly communicated across segments.
• Document friction points and bottlenecks, drive rapid-response solutions with Engineering and Compliance.
• Build dashboards to track onboarding metrics, adoption velocity, and feedback.
