Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Partner Incentives Design Lead to drive strategy, design, development and launch of partner incentives for Google Cloud across regions and leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design and govern incentives for security portfolios and cloud sales.

This is a senior cross-functional role with global impact and substantial analytics requirements. US compensation ranges from $164,000 to $239,000 plus a 20% target bonus, equity and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in the security space.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets, performing database queries, or quantitative modeling and forecasting.
• Experience leading operational initiatives in a global capacity.

Responsibilities

• Partner incentive strategy, design, planning and launches for Google Cloud for direct resellers and scaled partners to accelerate new customer acquisition, growth and adoption.
• Engage in benchmarking, financial modeling and incentive design including state assessment, identifying future state models, budgets, compliance and readiness.
• Drive cross-functional engagement across Product Areas, sales, sales ops, finance, accounting, legal and agreements.
• Work with global and regional teams on pilots, program landing, usage, and partner engagements to drive market expansion.
• Establish processes across global and regional partner teams and report ROI for the portfolio.
