Job summary

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. As Global Partner Incentives Design Lead, you will design and launch partner incentives across regions, coordinating with product, sales, finance, and legal teams to meet business goals.

This role supports direct resellers and scaled partners to drive acquisition and growth. US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) with a 20% target bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in the security space.
• Experience analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets, performing database queries, or quantitative modeling and forecasting.
• Experience leading operational initiatives in a global capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner incentive strategy, design, planning and launches for Google Cloud for direct resellers and scaled partners to accelerate new customer acquisition, growth and adoption.
• Engage in benchmarking, financial modeling and incentive design including assessing current state and identifying future state models, build proposals and get them approved including budgets, compliance and operational readiness.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Product Area (PAs), sales, sales ops, finance, accounting, legal and agreements.
• Work with global and regional teams on pilots, program landing, usage, and potential partner engagements to drive market and expansion.
• Establish the process and a streamlined engagement across global and regional partner teams and efficiently run and report ROI for the financial incentives portfolio.
