Job summary

Sophos seeks a Director of Global Partner Enablement to scale a global enablement strategy that accelerates partner time-to-value and revenue growth. You will enable VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and distributors to sell, deploy, and expand Sophos solutions worldwide.

You will drive role-based learning, AI-enabled content production, and governance across product releases and evolving threat landscapes, while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Channel leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in partner enablement or related fields in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Global channel enablement across Americas, EMEA, APJ.
• Proven success designing role-based learning programs that drive measurable performance.
• Data-driven with KPIs, analytics, and enablement ROI.
• Practical AI fluency to scale content and workflows with governance.

Responsibilities

• Execute a Partner-First GTM Enablement Strategy across global channels.
• Lead global partner enablement and field execution with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver role-based partner learning journeys for sales, pre-sales, and services.
• Coordinate workshops, labs, playbooks, and technical content with SMEs.
• Define, track, and report enablement success metrics tied to revenue and growth.
• Lead AI-powered enablement initiatives to scale content and accelerate ramp.
