Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Global Partner Development Manager – GSI to lead and grow our relationships with one or two global consulting partners, driving joint GTM plans and large migration opportunities to AWS. You will work with partner executives and AWS leaders to create long-term strategies, structure strategic deals, and help scale Agentic AI adoption across global customers.

This role requires senior-level sales and partner management experience within a consulting or systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of sales, business development, and product and program management experience within a leading consulting company or global systems integrator.
Experience in roles that require quota attainment and key performance metrics.
Sales experience across industry and technology domains.

Responsibilities

Develop extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organization; being viewed as a trusted advisor.
Create, articulate, and position an innovative and compelling vision and value proposition so that Partner executives realize the benefits of migrating to AWS.
Develop a multi-year commercial value proposition to support large deals and migrations with the strategic Partner while managing complex contract negotiations.
Help the partner set up their business to manage large scale migrations and support customers' journey to the Cloud.
Drive the co-development of new go-to-market solutions and opportunities with the partner; drive Agentic AI adoption across global customers with GSI.
Manage revenue targets and collaborate with AWS sales teams to achieve goals; utilize Salesforce and internal AWS systems.
Prepare and present business reviews to the senior management team.
