Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Global Partner Development Manager – GSI to lead strategic global partnerships with one or two GSIs and drive large migrations to AWS cloud. You will build C-level relationships, craft long-term strategy, and establish strategic agreements to grow joint revenue and GTM initiatives worldwide.

You will engage with executive leadership, facilitate workshops, and guide partner programs to accelerate Agentic AI adoption and migrations across multiple industries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in sales, BD, and program management in leading consulting or SI.
• Experience with quota setting and KPIs.
• Sales experience across industries and technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships with partner organizations and AWS stakeholders.
• Articulate a compelling vision and value proposition for migration to AWS.
• Create multi-year commercial plans to support large deals and migrations.
• Drive go-to-market collaborations and Agentic AI adoption with partners.
