Propelis seeks an experienced Project Manager to sit onsite at the client’s Manhattan office (4 days/week) and one day remote. You will oversee packaging artwork projects from upfront planning to execution, coordinating with clients, design firms, printers, and the internal operations team to ensure printability and on-time delivery.

Serves as Project Manager and print technical expert for a key global account sitting onsite at the client’s office (4 days/week, 1 day remote) in midtown Manhattan. The purpose of this position is to facilitate packaging projects in the upfront planning and execution phases of the workflow. As a key facilitator within the supply chain for packaging artwork, you will communicate with clients, design firms, printers, and our operations team to ensure proper printability for packaging. As a key figure within the process, you will help maintain and improve the SGX relationship with the Client, by providing consultative value, excellent service and on-time/in-full delivery.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,000 USD - $110,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
