Job summary

ROVEMA North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer packaging projects from contract award through SAT completion.

Based on-site in Norcross, GA, you will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and field service across North America and Germany. You will drive kickoff meetings, manage FAT/SAT, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/packaging engineering or related field; PMP a plus.
• 3-7+ years of project management experience in capital equipment, packaging machinery, or industrial automation.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, equipment commissioning, or customer acceptance testing preferred.
• Experience coordinating with international engineering and manufacturing teams is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Owns projects from contract award to SAT sign-off at customer site.
• Serves as primary customer contact throughout project lifecycle.
• Leads kickoff meetings to align scope, timeline, and responsibilities.
• Coordinates FAT with German engineering and production teams.
• Manages SAT planning, installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Develops and maintains detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Manages budgets, risks, and change control.
• Ensures single source of truth for scope and timelines.
• Coordinates procurement with headquarters to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintains project documentation and provides regular status reports.
