The ideal candidate has a proven track record in territory development, consultative selling, and ROI-based proposals, with ability to travel roughly 50–60% across North America and drive long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, Industrial Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience within capital equipment, industrial automation, packaging machinery, or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process for capital packaging equipment and integrated packaging systems across an assigned North American territory.
• Lead from lead generation to quotation, negotiation and order intake; serve as primary customer relationship manager.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Engineers to develop customized packaging solutions and ROI analyses.
• Present technical proposals and investment justifications to customers.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.
