ROVEMA North America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the complete sales cycle for capital packaging equipment across the western United States. The role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships while delivering technically optimized packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of successful packaging machinery sales, a solid understanding of VFFS, cartoning, and end-of-line systems, and the ability to travel 50–60% across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, packaging, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in capital equipment, industrial automation, packaging machinery, or manufacturing tech.
• Experience managing complex territory sales and customer relationships.
• Ability to travel throughout North America ~50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process for capital packaging equipment and integrated packaging systems in assigned North American territory.
• Lead lead generation, prospecting, quotation, negotiation, and order intake as primary relationship manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technically optimized packaging solutions for food and CPG industries.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Document interactions, forecasts, and milestones in CRM; provide regular territory updates.
