Job summary

Rovema North America, the North American subsidiary of Rovema GmbH, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead packaging machinery projects from contract award to SAT sign-off. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, service teams, and customers across North America and Germany, ensuring on-time and on-spec delivery.

The role requires 3–7+ years in project management for capital equipment, FAT/SAT exposure, and strong cross-cultural communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
3–7+ years of project management experience in capital equipment, packaging machinery, or industrial automation.
Experience managing FAT/SAT, equipment commissioning, or customer acceptance testing.
Experience coordinating with international engineering and manufacturing teams is highly desirable.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Own assigned projects from contract award through SAT sign-off and handoff to Service.
Serve as primary customer contact across project lifecycle, managing expectations, schedules, and clarifications.
Lead project kickoff meetings to align scope, timeline, and responsibilities.
Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and Technical Sales Engineers for smooth handoff from quotation to execution.
Plan and execute FAT at Fernwald and SAT at North American sites, coordinating logistics and documentation.
