Job summary

ROVEMA North America, headquartered in Norcross, Georgia, seeks an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to provide technical expertise across the North American sales process for packaging machinery. You will translate application requirements into practical, value-driven packaging solutions and collaborate with engineering teams in Germany to ensure successful proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop technically optimized packaging solutions meeting customer requirements and supporting North American growth.
Lead technical customer discovery meetings, both virtual and on-site, to understand production processes and application requirements.
Prepare technical quotations, equipment specifications, scope definitions, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with engineering teams in Germany to define machine configurations and manufacturing specifications.
Act as the technical interface between customers, regional sales managers, engineering and project management.
Assist with project kick-off activities and ensure a seamless Sales to Project Execution transition.
Build and maintain relationships with U.S.-based OEM partners and coordinate third-party integrations.
