Job summary

Sonos seeks a Global Process Owner to lead standardized Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes globally. You will own end-to-end process design, governance, controls, performance, and technology enablement, partnering with multiple functions.

You will manage an outsourced BPO and govern the global operating model, driving automation, compliance, and supplier experience across regions. Hybrid work model with Boston/Glasgow offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in P2P, AP, procurement operations, GBS, or finance ops and transformation.
• End-to-end P2P expertise; experience across regions and service-delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX, and P2P/T&E risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own Global Process Design, Governance, and Performance for P2P and T&E.
• Define global standards, policies, maps, RACIs, controls, and KPIs; enable standardized global processes.
• Lead Procure-to-Pay and own the P2P operating model end-to-end across stages.
• Own global AP processes, improve touchless processing, and manage supplier payments and governance.
• Own the T&E operating model, platforms, and service delivery; manage traveler compliance and duty of care.
• Own technology, data, and automation; define roadmaps, data governance, and process-mining initiatives.
• Manage outsourced BPO partnerships, SLAs, capacity, and continuous improvement.
