Job summary

Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA is seeking a Global Process Owner for Finance Value Streams to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report processes, driving standardization, governance, and digital transformation.

You will steer process design for SAP S/4HANA, lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, and Technology, and shape an enterprise finance operating model aligned with Bose's strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Finance, Procurement, Global Business Services, or Transformation.
• Experience leading global P2P, A2R, or comparable Finance value streams.
• Proven success in process standardization, governance, and large ERP transformations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Financial Close, Consolidation, Reporting, and Internal Controls.

Responsibilities

• Own global P2P and A2R processes, standards, controls, and governance.
• Define Finance process architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Lead process councils and executive governance forums.
• Ensure alignment between global standards and regional requirements.
• Redesign and optimize Finance processes using process mining, analytics, AI, and best practices.
• Drive automation, simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Lead Finance process design for SAP S/4HANA and other digital initiatives.
