Job summary

Informa TechTarget seeks a seasoned Head of Global Procure to Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable (AP) to lead the global AP function post-merger. The role manages a geographically dispersed team across US, EMEA, and APAC, driving efficiency, controls, and cost-effectiveness in P2P operations.

The successful candidate reports to the Director of Global Shared Services and Transformation and will optimize vendor payables, resolution of escalated issues, and adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global accounts payable operations.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay processes and internal controls.
• Experience with SOX compliance and multi-region tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global accounts payable across US, UK, APAC with a dispersed team.
• Lead vendor onboarding, master data, and payment term negotiations.
• Implement process improvements and automation in P2P.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across regions.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT to align processes.
