Job summary

Bose Corporation is seeking a Global Process Owner for Finance Value Streams to lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Account-to-Report globally. You will drive process standardization, governance, and digital transformation using analytics, process mining, automation, and AI.

You will collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and Technology, driving a scalable finance operating model aligned with Bose7s strategy and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor1 degree in finance, accounting, business, supply chain, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global P2P and A2R processes, standards, controls, and governance.
• Define Finance process architecture and transformation roadmap.
• Lead process councils and executive governance forums.
• Ensure alignment between global standards and regional requirements.
• Redesign and optimize Finance processes using process mining, analytics, AI, and best practices.
• Drive automation, simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Improve compliance, working capital, cost efficiency, and financial controls.
• Lead Finance process design for SAP S/4HANA and other digital initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop future-state business processes.
• Define business requirements that maximize ERP capabilities while minimizing customization.
• Influence senior leaders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology.
• Drive change management, adoption, and capability development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and enterprise thinking.
