Job summary

CANPACK Group, a Wayne, PA based global packaging leader, seeks a Group Manager, Procurement P2P to drive procure-to-pay transformation and global process harmonization across regions. You will partner with Supply Chain leadership and other functions to implement best practices, data integrity, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration; track record delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management with strong communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI experience a plus.
• English fluency; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Procure-to-Pay transformation across regions.
• Standardize and harmonize procurement processes, orders, receiving, invoicing, and payment.
• Partner with Supply Chain Leadership to develop and execute the global strategy.
• Drive change management through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and report on Procure-to-Pay metrics and continuous improvement.
• Maintain supply chain technology systems and master data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics to ensure alignment.
