Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years supporting or administrating procurementsystems; Coupa, Oracle, Ariba preferred.
• P2P process knowledge with ticket-based support experience; SOX/audit support preferred.
• Procurement processes, data governance, and system configuration experience.
• Knowledge of P2P best practices and standardized purchasing processes.
• Track record of collaboration with business partners and stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Procure-to-Pay administrator and primary contact for system questions.
• Triage, process, and resolve P2P tickets following SOX and internal requirements.
• Extract and analyze data from P2P system to generate reports.
• Monitor help desk trends and identify process improvements.
• Perform routine system maintenance and user administration.
• Support onboarding, training materials, and SOPs, documentation.
• Assist with new modules and country rollouts; participate in UAT and go-live.
