Job summary

Planet is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to serve as the internal auditor for Supply Chain SOX controls in San Francisco, ensuring PO, receipt, and inventory transactions are accurate and properly supported. You will test controls, monitor data across NetSuite and Coupa, and partner with Finance and Auditors to maintain audit readiness year-round.

You will design scalable controls, build exception reports in SQL/Looker Studio/Sheets, and develop SOPs and training for procurement and warehouse

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

Document, test, and monitor key SOX controls across procure-to-pay and inventory.
Maintain control narratives, process flows, and risk-control matrices.
Execute control self-assessments and transaction sampling ahead of audit cycles.
Coordinate walkthroughs with Internal Audit and external auditors.
Audit POs, change orders, receipts, and inventory adjustments in NetSuite and Coupa.
Monitor open/aged POs, past-due receipts, and received-not-invoiced items.
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities including inventories.
Develop exception reports and dashboards to surface unapproved or inconsistent transactions.
Create SOPs and training programs for procurement, receiving, and warehouse.
