Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to helm the Global Process Owner team for Order-to-Cash, driving an AI-enabled transformation across 80+ countries.

You will architect the end-to-end OTC landscape, partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Sales to remove transactional work and scale with automation. You will lead a large, multi-country organization, optimize working capital, manage a $1B+ AR portfolio, and deliver frontier cash applications while building a world-class

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive leadership in global finance operations, Order management & Billing, credit risk, AR, and OTC transformation.
• Proven track record leading OTC functions in Fortune 100 or hyper-growth tech environments with $ 10-digit monthly AR scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field a minimum.
• Direct experience managing multi-layered leadership teams and scaling global large BPO operations.
• Advanced ERP proficiency combined with hands-on experience deploying Agentic AI, RPA, and Machine Learning within financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the global OTC architecture across Credit Risk, Order Management, Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications for 80+ countries and multiple lines of business.
• Govern with Rigor: ensure bulletproof SOX, internal control, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive Executive Alignment: bridge Finance, Product & Engineering, Sales Ops, Legal, and Tax to ensure cross-functional lockstep.
• Modernize the Stack: lead system migrations to unified enterprise platforms (Oracle ORMB, ERH, Esker).
• Deploy Agentic AI: automate long-tail collections, Help Desks, and portal management.
• Scale Contactless processing: drive cash application and billing automation with minimal headcount.
