Job summary

WTW seeks a senior executive to lead the enterprise-wide Order-to-Cash end-to-end process across regions and delivery organizations. The role drives governance, strategy, and a multi-year transformation leveraging automation and AI to improve cash flow and customer experience.

Located anywhere with US ET overlap preferred, this leader will standardize processes, manage risk, and ensure controls while guiding cross-functional teams through discovery, design, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership across O2C, Bill-to-Cash, GBS, shared services or transformation.
• Proven record of enterprise-wide transformation with measurable DSO and cash flow impact.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics in O2C operations.
• Experience in multinational, complex matrixed organizations, including shared services.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise O2C process architecture, strategy, governance, and performance outcomes.
• Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligning Finance priorities with optimization and AI-enabled change.
• Partner with executives to define short- and long-term strategies for cash flow improvement.
• Lead design, governance, and exception handling for global processes across regions.
