Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior operations leader to shape a scalable commercial engine combining offshore DSC operations, automation, and AI.

You will own Central Operations, set standards, manage capacity, and drive performance with a focus on ROI across global merchant interactions. The role integrates Agentic AI GTM strategies, autonomous and augmented AI workflows, and a roadmap to blur lines between human sellers, offshore teams, and AI agents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Commercial Operations or related field.
• Experience leading跨-functional initiatives and complex programs.
• Track record designing large-scale commercial/operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global DSC Central Operations strategy and model.
• Standardize operating mechanisms across regions (capacity, forecast, governance).
• Partner with regional leaders to allocate offshore capacity and drive merchant lifecycle motions.
• Build performance framework linking DSC activity to ROI and productivity.
• Lead evolution toward AI-enabled, automated commercial engine.
• Develop vendor/location strategies optimizing capability, quality, and economics.
• Oversee Agentic AI GTM and automation operations.
• Translate AI capabilities into scalable operating models and governance.
