Uber is seeking a visionary leader to head the Global Process Owner Team for Order-to-Cash, architecting Uber’s B2B OTC operations. You will guide a global, multi-functional transformation toward an AI-driven strategic engine, accelerating working capital and enabling new revenue streams across 80+ countries.

You will report to the WW Director of OTC, lead a 270+ global BPO, drive system migrations (Oracle ORMB, Esker), and define policies, SOX controls, and cross-functional governance with

Formación

• 12-15+ years of progressive leadership in global finance operations, OTC transformation, AR and billing systems.
• Experience leading OTC functions in large, Fortune 100 or hyper-growth tech environments with multi-digit monthly AR scope.
• Strong ERP and AI/RPA deployment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the End-to-End OTC roadmap across Credit Risk, Order Management, Billing, Collections, and Cash Applications for 80+ countries.
• Govern global OTC policies ensuring SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Bridge Finance, Product & Engineering, Sales Ops, Legal, and Tax to achieve cross-functional alignment.
• Modernize the stack with large-scale system migrations (Oracle ORMB, ERH, Esker).
• Drive AI-enabled automation including automated help desks and cash application optimization.
• Accelerate cash velocity, optimize DSO, and manage a $1B+ monthly AR portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Deal Desk to enable multi-hundred-million ARR partnerships and global expansion.
• Lead and mentor a 270+ member global BPO organization and build a culture of Lean improvement.
