Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing OT environments.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and ICS.
• Experience creating global standards and governance models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across regions.
• Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards for DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity, and site leadership teams for consistent implementation.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing sites worldwide on cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments, identify risks, and drive remediation actions.
• Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into global standards.
• Support governance, compliance, and audit readiness across the network.
• Drive continuous improvement to strengthen security of manufacturing systems.
