Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a senior Automation Engineering Manager, OT Infrastructure & Integration, to lead the strategy and delivery of manufacturing OT infrastructure at the Wilson site. You will oversee integration with DCS/PAS, PLCs, SCADA/HMI, MES, BAS, historians, and data platforms while ensuring compliance with cGMP and cybersecurity standards.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, collaboration with Digital/IT, Quality, CSV, and project leadership, and travel to supplier

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in manufacturing OT infrastructure or related regulated manufacturing systems.
Experience leading OT infrastructure or manufacturing integration initiatives in GMP environments.
Technical leadership for engineers, contractors, vendors, or system integrators.
Strong knowledge of OT architecture including industrial networking, virtualization, VLANs, cybersecurity, and lifecycle management.
Experience with historian infrastructure (OSI PI or similar) and integration with DCS/PAS, MES, BAS, PLCs, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of manufacturing OT infrastructure and integration solutions across the site.
Coach and develop OT infrastructure and integration teams, contractors, suppliers, OEMs, and system integrators; provide technical direction and delivery governance.
Define and execute site OT strategy including network architecture, server/virtualization platforms, historian infrastructure, interfaces, cybersecurity controls, and lifecycle standards.
