Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Manufacturing Systems Cybersecurity Global Lead to define and drive the OT cybersecurity strategy across DePuy Synthes manufacturing sites worldwide, including Raynham (MA). You will collaborate with manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity, and site leadership to standardize practices, drive technology evaluations, and strengthen compliance and resilience across the network.

The role demands leadership across geographically dispersed teams, delivery of governing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and manufacturing/OT experience.
Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, ICS, and manufacturing networks.
Experience implementing global standards and governance models across sites.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the global OT cybersecurity strategy and standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing, IT, cybersecurity and site leadership to implement standards.
Lead evaluation and deployment of OT cybersecurity technologies.
Provide guidance to sites worldwide and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct periodic cybersecurity assessments and drive remediation.
Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into global standards.
Support governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
