Job summary

Rychiger NA in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a reliable logistics coordinator to manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for our U.S. customers.

You will work with the service and manufacturing teams, enter and convert orders in ERP, track deliveries, and handle invoicing and intercompany billing, while ensuring on-time performance. 2–5 years in a similar role and strong MS Office/ERP/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Commercial education or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar industry or role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, accounting and CRM tools.
• Fluent business English, written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined, driven and self-motivated.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Enter, convert, track and maintain customer orders in our ERP system.
• Convert and forward sales orders as purchase orders to manufacturing plants.
• Help ensure and track the successful, on-time delivery of spare parts.
• Create and send customer invoices and follow up on open payments.
• Create and send internal invoices according to intercompany rules.
• Handle U.S. border tariffs and duties on cross-border transactions and pass them on to the end customer.
