Weber Blackstone in Utah seeks a logistics/order management professional to own the end-to-end order lifecycle, from receipt and negotiation to data entry and finalization, ensuring alignment with overseas production capabilities.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipment schedules, managing customs and invoicing, and collaborating with customers, sales reps, and internal teams. Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel is essential to generate reports and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, or business-related field.
2-5 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain management.

Mansioni

Oversee full order process from receipt to finalization.
Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and manage customs clearance.
Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams; review account health.
Maintain order status in ERP and customer portals; leverage Excel for data analysis.
Master vendor guides and ensure compliance for assigned accounts.
Resolve complex issues regarding order management, shipping, and billing independently.
Understand and monitor the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process.
