Job summary

Rychiger NA in Mount Prospect, IL is seeking a reliable logistics coordinator to manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for our U.S. customers.

You will work with the service and manufacturing teams, enter and convert orders in ERP, track deliveries, and handle invoicing and intercompany billing, while ensuring on-time performance. 2–5 years in a similar role and strong MS Office/ERP/CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Commercial education or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar industry or role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, accounting and CRM tools.
• Fluent business English, written and spoken.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Location: Mount Prospect, IL (Chicago area), on-site with an optional hybrid/work-from-home arrangement (not full-time remote)

About Us

We are an international machinery manufacturer with production plants in Canada, Switzerland and Europe and major customer base in the U.S. market. Our Mount Prospect, IL location is a small, close-knit team and local warehouse that receives and ships and refurbishes spare parts to customers across the United States. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on coordinator to keep orders, shipments and paperwork running smoothly from the first order to final delivery.

The Role

You will be the link between our U.S. customers, our service team and our manufacturing plants. You will manage the order process end to end in close coordination with the manufacturing plants, handle the administrative side of logistics and trade.

What You Will Do
