Job summary

Caldic North America is seeking a Customer Care Associate in a hybrid role based near Chicago. You will handle order entry, provide product and regulatory information, and coordinate delivery while ensuring excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, you will support the US business by engaging with customers, Sales, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and drive timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer care/service experience.
• Experience in the food industry is considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and input customer orders via phone, email, or fax.
• Provide product and regulatory information to customers and coordinate delivery.
• Follow up with customers and Sales to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate sample requests, contracts, quotes and quarterly pricing as needed.
• Update customer records and resolve inquiries or issues promptly.
