Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management professional to support our US-based operations from the Dallas area or our MD offices. The role focuses on processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with global teams in Germany on delivery schedules and pricing.

This hybrid telecommute position requires occasional in-office presence. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a business-related field, 3+ years in customer service, proficiency with SAP and Excel, and

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations, or similar.
• Familiarity with SAP or other major ERP systems.
• 3+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• Understanding of basic back office operations and AR/AP basics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and basic formulas).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• US location with valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of customer orders using various methods and meeting all requirements.
• Nontechnical support of internal and external customers in regards to order fulfillment and order tracking.
• Coordinate with counterparts in Germany (Global HQ) on delivery schedules, pricing, and order requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Service, Contracts, Collections, and others) to facilitate the order process.
• Take ownership of complete order cycle, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process.
• Special projects related to order processing and general lean process improvements.
