Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process a wide variety of customer orders utilizing various methods and meeting all requirements
• Nontechnical Support of internal and external customers in regards to order fulfillment and order tracking
• Coordinate with counterparts in Germany (Global HQ) on delivery schedules, pricing, and order requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve problems related to order processing. Theseteams include Finance, Service, Contracts, Collections, and others
• Take ownership of complete order cycle, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process
• Special projects related to order processing and general lean process improvements
