Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Analyst to champion Oracle Fusion Finance, Costing, AP, AR, and Projects (PPM). You will drive global deployments, data migrations, and post-implementation optimization with cross-functional Finance teams.

Responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, ensuring GovCon compliance, and guiding end-to-end rollout lifecycles while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, business analysis, or enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, Cash, FA, Tax, GL) and Oracle Fusion Projects (PPM).
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance and PPM rollouts, including new implementations and expansions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Accounting, and Corporate Accounting teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design/configuration, data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, deployment.
• Drive process standardization and best-practice adoption across Finance and Project Accounting.
• Manage enhancement backlog and rollout initiatives.
