Job summary

AeroVironment is seeking an Operations Data and Digital Transformation Lead to bridge Operations and IT/DBT as we transition to Oracle Fusion at Albuquerque and Germantown. You will ensure programs in governance, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing are optimized and integrated into the ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years implementing and managing ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Oracle certifications and APICS certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages design sessions to prototype new systems and improve business processes.
• Reviews and analyzes existing systems, develops improvement strategies.
• Sets objectives, delegates, and aligns with senior management on performance.
• Works on complex issues requiring knowledge of organizational goals.
• Implements strategic policies for methods, metrics, and results.
• Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance targets are met.
• Interacts with senior management on cross-functional matters.
