Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion and related finance applications. You will assist in implementation, testing coordination, and training delivery to drive operational excellence and end-user success.

The role requires strong Oracle Fusion knowledge, process documentation, and collaboration with IT for integrations, plus creating training materials and supporting hypercare post go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
• Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution for ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional support for Oracle Fusion workstreams (P2P, R2R, Q2C, P2C) and future-state operations.
• Assist in testing coordination and regression testing after Oracle updates.
• Deliver training for end users and maintain training materials.
