Job summary

AeroVironment's AV unit is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Systems to lead enterprise finance systems work, with primary emphasis on Oracle Fusion ERP optimization and implementation. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery across process design, configurations, and cross-functional workstreams.

You will manage the Finance Systems team, coordinate with IT for infrastructure, and drive testing, training, and change management to sustain efficient finance operations globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance systems experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing Oracle Fusion and related ERP tools.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end finance processes and SOX controls.
• Strong collaboration with IT, FP&A, Accounting and business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production support for Oracle Fusion, EPM, Apex, and related apps across deployments.
• Define requirements for Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and other workstreams.
• Lead integration design with Salesforce, Workday, and other systems.
• Provide functional leadership for EPM Cloud initiatives (PBCS, FCCS, Planning).
• Mentor Finance Systems team and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive process redesign and governance for system configuration changes.
• Develop and deliver testing, training, and change management programs.
