Job summary

AeroVironment in Melbourne, FL seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to provide hands-on functional support for existing production finance systems and to guide Oracle Fusion ERP implementations. You will act as a critical resource for business process execution, testing coordination, and end-user training within the Finance Systems team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or comparable ERP)
Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution for ERP implementations.
Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications.

Responsibilities

Support functional execution in Oracle Fusion workstreams (P2P, R2R, Q2C, P2C to Close) based on business requirements.
Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications for current and future state.
Ensure proper functional setup including COA, calendars, ledgers, business units, terms, tax rules, and hierarchies.
Partner with IT on integration testing for Salesforce CRM, Workday HRIS, and third-party apps.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle support for complex problems.
Provide functional support for Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, FCCS, Planning) including user setup and dimension maintenance.
Coordinate testing for integrations between Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Apex applications.
Design role-based training curricula and deliver live sessions for end users across business units.
Maintain documentation and assist with capitalization, data collection forms, and training materials.
