Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an experienced finance systems professional to lead Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM initiatives in a hybrid environment.

The role partners with Finance, FP&A, Contracts, and IT to translate complex requirements into scalable ERP solutions and ensure smooth production support. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle experience, GovCon knowledge, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery, fiscal close, and audit readiness in multi-entity, regulated

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and reporting.
• GovCon knowledge including indirect rates, labor charging, and audit readiness.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Finance and Oracle EPM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production-support activities.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Contracts, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP and EPM solutions.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials covering GL, AP, AR, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, Tax, Costing, and reporting.
• Support Oracle EPM capabilities including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, Smart View, data integration, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data conversion, reporting, security, workflow, and testing.
• Apply GovCon knowledge to support compliant financial processes, indirect-rate planning, labor forecasting, and audit readiness.
• Support project costing, billing, revenue recognition, and interfaces with Finance.
• Drive process standardization and post-go-live support.
