Job summary

AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an Operations Data and Digital Transformation Lead to bridge Operations and IT/DBT as we transition to Oracle Fusion at the Albuquerque site.

The role drives optimization of program management, data governance, finance, supply chain and manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration with ERP deployment while maintaining DoD compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems or related field.
• 8+ years in design, development and implementation of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• 8+ years ERP experience with Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design sessions for prototyping new systems to enhance business processes.
• Analyze and improve existing systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Set objectives, plans, and budgets; oversee execution and performance.
• Help develop policies affecting operations with potential company-wide impact.
• Work with senior management across functions to align objectives.
• Guide change management and foster strategic partnerships across teams.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules and performance requirements.
