Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Sr. Program Manager to drive capacity expansion across the Global Fulfillment network. You will manage the full project lifecycle from design to launch, leading cross-functional teams and reporting to senior leadership.

You will facilitate alignment meetings, track milestones, and support planning with Real Estate, Capital, and Robotics groups. A data-driven approach and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Facilitate/run weekly alignment meetings on network projects and updates.
Partner with planning teams on milestones (Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics).
Review proposals for milestone schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
Update weekly network engineering project tracker and support resource tracking.
Drive milestone-level issue resolution and support hand-offs to execution teams.
Report project updates to Senior Leadership and maintain PM tools/processes.
