Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive capacity expansion projects within the Global Fulfillment network. You will lead the PMO in planning, scheduling, execution, and hand-off across multiple teams including Real Estate, Design, Startup and Robotics.

The role focuses on coordinating milestones, risk mitigation, and executive reporting while maintaining project trackers and supporting continuous improvements in processes and tools.

Competenze

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Facilitate/run weekly alignment meetings on network projects and program updates.
• Coordinate milestones with Real Estate, Capacity, Capital, Design, Startup, Robotics teams.
• Review proposals for milestone schedules and maintain project trackers.
• Support hand-offs from planning to execution and escalate issues impacting schedules.
• Report project updates to Senior Leadership and provide input on PM tools and processes.
