Job summary

Carrier is seeking candidate for the Operations Leadership Program in the United States. You will participate in three 12-month rotations across multiple sites, gaining exposure to supply chain, quality, EH&S and manufacturing disciplines.

The program emphasizes hands-on assignments, mentoring from operations leaders, and development of a broad operations skill set suitable for future leadership roles. Mobility and June 2027 start are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 2+ years to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, facilities management, or construction.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA.
• Geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations located in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas and/or Florida.
• Associates will be required to change geographic locations between each rotation.
• You will build a well‑rounded platform to develop a career in operations.
• Lead and engage teams to deploy initiatives and improve processes.
