Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, retail ops, supply chain, or fulfillment with 3+ years in people management.
• Familiarity with Trade-In, buyback, reverse logistics, or related fulfillment programs and endpoints like device grading or credit issuance.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs globally from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment, logistics operations, and supporting systems.
• Proven talent development and people leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business narratives.
• Strong problem-solving instincts to resolve ambiguous challenges under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive program innovation across Trade-In, Affordability, and Payments to shape the long-term roadmap.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of solutions adopted across Online and Retail stores worldwide.
• Collaborate with Retail Online, store teams, Logistics, Procurement, and Payment groups to align programs.
• Oversee device grading, credit issuance, and downstream disposition within reverse logistics.
