Apple Store Online’s Digital Program Management team seeks a seasoned leader to steer large, cross-functional initiatives across Retail Online and the global customer-support ecosystem. You will shape strategy, elevate performance, and build systems and partnerships that enable world-class delivery.

You are a strategic operator who inspires teams, moves across functions with influence, and drives ambitious outcomes while maintaining empathy and clarity in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in technology, eCommerce, or Contact Center environments.
• 5+ years of proven success managing and developing teams with accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, including senior/exec leadership.
• Deep strategic and technical knowledge in eCommerce and/or Contact Center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers across Voice, Chat, Payments, Fulfillment, and more.
• Create structure in fast-moving environments and connect strategy to execution.
• Build relationships across business, engineering, and operations to align priorities.
• Make sound decisions using data, experience, and judgment.
• Ensure delivery with high standards, transparency, and measurable impact.
• Foster collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
