Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; (Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or Technology, or related field).
• 8+ years in program management, retail operations, supply chain or fulfillment; 3+ years managing people.
• Experience with Trade-In, buyback, reverse logistics or related programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs globally.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment and logistics systems.
• Proven talent development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Trade-In, Affordability, and Payments program roadmap.
• Drive multi-year capital project roadmaps and scale processes.
• Present and influence executive leadership on capability roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on end-to-end solutions.
• Manage programs and software lifecycles across global teams.
• Recruit and mentor a team of contributors; define KPIs.
• Partner with NPI teams for launches; adopt new tech incl. AI/ML.
