Job summary

Apple is seeking a WW RFO Program Manager to lead strategy, insights and performance across our most important fulfillment programs in retail. You will collaborate across teams to define roadmaps and optimize systems that ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time.

You will drive end-to-end program management from concept to launch, translate business goals into structured projects, and communicate with executive stakeholders while improving customer experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree required + Minimum 7 years’ experience of program and/or project management in retail operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and eCommerce operations.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to use data effectively to size, prioritize, and stitch business elements to influence through effective storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program strategy from concept to launch and run the business after the successful delivery of key initiatives
  • Drive initiatives through all phases of program management from ideation to implementation
  • Assess current business processes for improvement opportunities
  • Transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects
  • Provide detailed commercial and technical analysis of new ideas and initiatives, and be able to communicate complex challenges in simplified ways
  • Define the scope, requirements and feature prioritization of programs to support the RFO roadmap strategy and goals
  • Drive project execution and rollout
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to grow the program, and improve customer experience, conversion, and efficiency
  • Support day-to-day management of programs including performance optimization, growth and scalability, issues and escalations, and vendor management
  • Manage cross-functional business partners and develop working relationships with worldwide and regional counterparts
  • Lead communications at an executive level while being in the details of all aspects of the programs
  • Support new product introductions, seasonal campaigns and promotions

Minimum Qualifications

BS/BA degree required + Minimum 7 years’ experience of program and/or project management in retail operations, inventory management, or supply chain.Have a deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and eCommerce operations.Analytical mindset and ability to use data effectively to size, prioritize, and stitch business elements to influence through effective storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree a plus.Ability to learn quickly, adapt and can problem-solve on the fly.Be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.Can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.An excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
