Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in program or portfolio management with 3+ years leading cross-functional delivery.
• 2+ years of managing project managers.
• Proven track record owning a portfolio of concurrent programs with complex dependencies.
• Experience synthesizing large datasets into executive-ready summaries.
• Experience managing budgets, resource plans, and headcount forecasts.
• Experience with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies; flexibility to adapt.
• Experience in a technology company managing software and operations portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of EPMs, setting goals and coaching for growth.
• Own end-to-end portfolio delivery across multiple concurrent programs.
• Drive annual and quarterly planning cycles, translating priorities into roadmaps.
• Define, implement, and improve PMO processes, governance, and standards.
• Establish intake, prioritization, and capacity planning frameworks.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive status reporting for leadership.
